Sorting by stamp
Look for the stamp on the inner side of rings, near the clasp in chains, and on the hook of earrings. Numbers like 585, 750, or 375, or the markings 14K and 18K, indicate the declared purity. Put each purity in a separate bag.
Items without a stamp are not necessarily fake — stamps wear off. Put them in a separate bag labeled "unknown", and the check will decide.
What to take out of the pile
Plated fashion jewelry, gold-plated silver items, and watches with cheap metal bands complicate the check. If you know that an item is plated, it is better to separate it in advance. If you are not sure — leave it with the unknown items.
Precious stones like diamonds should be examined before selling. Small stones are usually deducted by weight, and if it is important for you to keep a certain stone, say so in advance.

- Separate bag for items without a stamp

- Clear photo of the stamps
Broken is no less gold
A broken chain weighs exactly as much as a whole chain. A single earring, a cracked ring, or a bent pendant are measured according to net weight and purity. There is no need to repair before selling — repair will only add cost.
Pay attention to small parts that have fallen off: a link, a clasp, a spring. Collect everything in one bag so they don't get lost.
From estimate to offer
Enter each group as a separate item in the calculator, with total weight and estimated deduction. Then send a request with photos, and we will get back to you to coordinate weighing and inspection. The pure gold price per gram is calculated based on XAU/USD divided by 31.1034768 multiplied by the USD/ILS exchange rate. Any price shown on the site is a non-binding estimate.
If you are in Ofakim, Be'er Sheva, Netivot, or anywhere else — write to us where you are inquiring from, and we will check together if and how to coordinate a check. We do not commit in advance to a specific service area.
